Here comes the best internship program ever been run for the Indian students. This
year we have 1505 guides from various IITs, IISc Bangalore, IISERs etc. who will mentor atleast 1500 BE/B.Tech/BCA (2nd and 3rd year), BS/BSc, ME/M.Tech/MBBS students two months any time during the calendar year, preferably during the summer.
Internship at National Science Academies – Summer Research Fellowship Program 2014
The three National Science Academies that are Indian Academy of Sciences Bangalore, Indian National Science Academy New Delhi, and The National Academy of Sciences Allahabad offer several two-month Summer Fellowships to enable students/teachers (studying/teaching in India) to work with scientists associated with the three Academies during 2014.
Who can apply:
1) The applicants should be studying in one of the following:
• BE/BTech/BCA (II and III years only)
• BS/BSc./BVSc (II and III years only)
• MS/MSc./MVSc (I year only)
• ME/M.Tech/MCA (I year only)
• (5-year integrated) MS/MSc/MTech/MBBS (II, III, IV years only)
• (Dual degree) B.Tech + M.Tech (II/III/IV years only)
• (Dual degree) BE + MSc. (II, III, IV years only)
• (Dual degree) BS + MS (II, III, IV years only)
• Integrated PhD (I, II years only)
2) For student applicants, the minimum percentage of average marks in core subjects only (i.e. excluding languages) from X std. up to post-graduation (whichever years completed) should be 65% or above.
3) Students already registered for PhD are not eligible.
4) Applicants who have availed the Academies fellowship twice before are not eligible to apply.

The broad area of interests are : Engineering including Computer Science, Chemistry, Life Sciences, Mathematics, Earth & Planetary Sciences and Physics
Locations: Bangalore, Delhi and Allahabad
Duration: Two months any time during the calendar year, preferably during the summer.
Stipend: The selected students/teachers will be provided appropriate round trip train fare and a monthly fellowship to meet their living expenses at the place of work.
