Job Position : Customer Service Executive (Inbound Process)

Work Timings : Rotational shifts between 6.30 AM to 10.30 PM, day shift for out bound Tele callers (Transport not provided)
Desired Qualification : Graduates and Undergraduates (+2 Pass)

• Currently Hiring 200 full time and part time Customer Care Executives for an Inbound process for India’s largest Telecom clients & Semi Technical Process.
Job Description :
• Handling Inbound Customer calls (Domestic process)
• Answering inbound calls for non tech and semi tech processes.
• Catering to complaint management desk where associates will get queries/ requests/complaints through Calls (Voice Process)
• The position requires orientation to quality of service, not chasing monthly targets
Eligibility & Skills :
• Fresher/ Experienced
• Graduates and under graduates (+2 Pass)
• Post Graduates are not eligible to apply
• 18-30 years of age
• Candidate should be good at English, Hindi & Telugu
• Good typing skills
• (Also Hire - Tamil, Kannada, Malayalam, Punjabi, Bengali, Gujarati, Marati speakers along with good English speaking skills)
