There are at least three other ways of interning at IIT Delhi (IIT Delhi Summer Research Internships, by registering as a casual student and GIPEDI)
And GIPEDI is only one of the more popular and established internships. However in this case, you will need to pay them (except in case of Financially Needy students, KVPY Fellows, IITD Summer Research Fellows, IASc Summer Research Fellows, NTSE Scholarships Holder etc.) of unlike the Summer Research Internships where the case is exactly opposite. But this is the only way by which you can get to intern at IIT Delhi in case you aren't selected for the IIT Delhi Summer Research Internships which admits only 20 students every year.
